Australian BPO provider, Acquire, has completed its acquisition of Philippine based Shore solutions. Acquire’s global workforce is now 7,000+, expanding the organisation’s global foot print. The acquisition also expands acquires capabilities in Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO).
Mergers, acquisitions and takeovers have been part of the business world for centuries.
